Steven N. Gordon, JD

Mr. Gordon is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative, Compliance and Legal Officer at Kadmon. Prior to Kadmon, Mr. Gordon obtained his Bachelor of Arts in economics and business administration before receiving a degree of Juris Doctor in 1992. Mr. Gordon clerked for a New York State Supreme Court Justice and worked as a prosecutor for the City of New York before working at several law firms and becoming a principal of his own firm which specialized in complex litigation. Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice before the bars of New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Federal Court of New York and the United States Supreme Court and he sits on the boards of several entities in New York City.
