Gillian Plastaras

Gillian Plastaras joined Kadmon Pharmaceuticals LLC. (the “Company”) in August 2010 as Vice President, Human Resources. In this capacity, Ms. Plastaras is responsible for compensation and benefits, organizational and cultural development, employee education, staffing, employee relations, managing employee communications, overseeing HRIS/Payroll, outsourcing, and change management for the Company. Her areas of oversight span all of Kadmon’s diverse global business segments within Human Resources and administrative support staff.

Before joining Kadmon, Ms. Plastaras served as Chief Administrative Officer & Director of Human Resources at Ark Asset Management Co., Inc., (“Ark”) a privately held, multi-product institutional asset management company; a position she had held since 2006. As a member of the Operating Committee, Ms. Plastaras worked closely with Ark’s Board of Directors, reporting on strategic planning, daily operations and special projects. She also spearheaded the reorganization and restructuring of multiple service groups. Ms. Plastaras began in Human Resources at Ark in 1990.

Ms. Plastaras began her Human Resources Career at General Reinsurance Corporation, in Employee Relations.

Ms. Plastaras is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College.
