Eric R Sprys, CPA

Mr. Sprys serves as Vice President of Finance and Controller of Global Operations for Kadmon Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, he was Chief Financial Officer of Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Kadmon Corporation in October of 2010) from 2007 to 2010. In this role, Mr. Sprys was responsible for managing cash flow and implementing financial structure, reporting, analysis and internal controls during a period of rapid growth for the company. Prior to Three Rivers, he served from 2000 to 2007 as Director of Financial Reporting and Controller at Tegrant Corporation, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered packaging solutions. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Sprys served as a public accountant, performing financial statement audits for clients across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Sprys is a licensed CPA, and holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a BS degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to his career in public accounting and finance, Mr. Sprys taught high school mathematics.
